如因不可抗力或其他無法控制的原因造成網站銷售系統崩潰或無法正常使用,從而導致網上交易無法完成或丟失有關的資訊、記錄等,網站將不承擔責任。但是我們將會盡合理的可能協助處理善後事宜,並努力使客戶減少可能遭受的經濟損失。


本店可以按買方的要求代辦相關運輸手續,但我們的責任義務僅限於按時發貨,遇到物流(郵政)意外時協助買方查詢,不承擔任何物流(郵政)提供給顧客之外的賠償,一切查詢索賠事宜均按照物流(郵政)的規定辦理。在物流(郵政)全程查詢期限未滿之前,買方不得要求賠償。提醒買方一定核實好收貨詳細地址和收貨人電話,以免耽誤投遞。凡在本店購物,均視爲如同意此聲明。

如果客戶與網站之間發生任何爭議,可依據當時雙方所認定的協定或相關法律來解決。

Declaration


Our online shop is irresponsibility, in the situation of indefensible or uncontrollable reason making the online shop system being down or unusable, to cause the online transaction cannot complete or lost of corresponding information and records…etc.

But we will try our best to settle all the problems and minimize our customer’s lost and affection.

Our online shop is according to customers’ request to arrange the shipment.  We are responsibility to ship on time.  For the lost of the shipment, extra charges on the postages, we do not responsible for the lost.  To ensure the shipment not delay, please inform us your well shipment address and receiver name.  All customers will be agreed our declaration when we purchase goods from us.


Customer Supervise


We must try all our best to provide the best service to our customers and we are willing to supervise by our customers.


To Handle a controversy


If our customers have a controversy with our online shop, we can solve the problems by ourselves, this arrangement is agreeable to both sides or we can look for the legal action.
